Sitius has been developing coordinate metrology software since 1998. Our main product line, Sitius CMM Suite, is a tightly integrated group of applications for CAD-based dimensional inspection of mechanical parts — running as an Add-In to SOLIDWORKS. Our tools are used by engineers and inspectors in automotive, aerospace, die & mold, and general manufacturing environments. We also offer training, consulting, and software customization services. In addition to Sitius CMM Suite, we develop Opus — a standalone product line for reporting, point analysis, I++ device communication, and laser tracker operation.

What drives everything we build
CAD as the single source of truth
All inspection is referenced to the nominal CAD geometry. No ambiguity, no interpretation errors — just a direct comparison between what was designed and what was made.
Tight software integration
Sitius CMM Suite lives inside SOLIDWORKS. No model translation, no round-trips, no data duplication. The inspection environment and the design environment are one.
Associativity
Inspection data is linked to the CAD geometry. Engineering changes are detected automatically and can be propagated to existing programs and results.
Correctness
Our GD&T engine adheres to ASME Y14.5.1M. We support material condition modifiers, composite tolerances, patterns, and both resolved geometry and surface interpretation.
Speed
From formulating the inspection problem to getting a signed-off report — Sitius is built to minimize time at every step of the process.
