Sitius has been developing coordinate metrology software since 1998. Our tools are used by engineers and inspectors in automotive, aerospace, die & mold, and general manufacturing — wherever dimensional accuracy matters.

A tightly integrated group of products for CAD-based dimensional inspection — off-line CMM programming, point-to-CAD comparison, GD&T analysis, and reporting, all inside SOLIDWORKS.

Opus

A standalone product line for reporting, point analysis, I++ device communication, and laser tracker operation — for environments outside of SOLIDWORKS.

    All inspection references the nominal CAD geometry directly. No ambiguity, no interpretation errors — just a direct comparison between what was designed and what was made.

    Sitius CMM Suite lives inside SOLIDWORKS. No model translation, no round-trips, no data duplication. The inspection environment and the design environment are one.

    Associativity

    Inspection data is linked to the CAD geometry. Engineering changes are detected automatically and propagated to existing programs and results.

    Our GD&T engine adheres to ASME Y14.5.1M. We support material condition modifiers, composite tolerances, patterns, and both resolved geometry and surface interpretation.
